             Director of the Saudi Technical Executive Institute for Petroleum Services Engineer Abdullah bin Mohammed Al Yami expected that the special training programs offered by the institute will witness after the approval of Saudi Aramco the professional certification and rereleasing them for its employees and all contractors working in the field of heavy equipment and cranes and installing various industrial vehicles to more than 12,000 applicator in the year 2017.
    Al Yami stressed in the Tuesday meeting in Asharqia Chamber, which was attended by the two members of Board of Directors Ibrahim bin Muhammed Al Sheikh and Najeeb bin Abdullah AlSehati and was chaired by secretary general Abdulrahman bin Abdullah Al Wabel, that those numbers stress the positive change in the community to accept technical and professional training values ​​and the involvement of young people in working in the Petroleum Services.
    Al Yami said in the meeting that witnessed a remarkable attendance of business men and those interested figures that the companies that sponsor the trainees achieve great benefit from the institute by ensuring access to the Saudis qualified staff in accordance with the highest international standards, and obtaining the support of the Human Resources Fund, which covers a big part of the training and salaries, as the trainees in the Institute are within the Saudization of the sponsoring companies after completing their two years in the Institute successfully, also they move to work as employees with the sponsors and the development fund of the human resources supports the employees salaries for a year with the after graduation from the institute, while they are on the job.
    Al Yami said that the sponsoring companies of the Institute and through the continuous evaluation and reporting of quality assurance, have stressed that our graduate sons are worthy of responsibility, through their distinctive performances and their commitment to the principles of the values of work and their discipline, which has a big effect on the improvement of skills and behaviors for the Saudi young men, and prepare them to work in the field of oil and gas industry services, and they proved that young people are able to give and achieve once they have an appropriate and encouraging value for training and development.
    Al Yami pointed to that the students in the Institute are getting jobs after joining to study directly, but this job is linked to his performance in the Institute, and after graduating, the two years of study will be registered to him in the work record retroactively, pointing that, and according to reports of the sponsoring our students companies of the Institute that there are not notes has been mentioned after their employment in those companies. on the contrary, the students of the Institute receive a big liking due to their efficiency.
    Al Yami concluded the meeting by the readiness of the Institute to cooperate with the business sector to serve the country and people in the fields of the petroleum sector, or any specialty that serve the business sector through the oil and gas industry.
    At the end of the meeting, member of the Board of Directors Ibrahim bin Muhammed Al Sheikh has honored the guest of the meeting, the Director of the Saudi Executive Technical Institute for the Petroleum Services Eng. Abdullah bin Muhammed Al Yami with a memorial shield.
